At Hofmann Constructions, we are passionate about breathing new life into old spaces and transforming them into something extraordinary. One of our proudest transformations is the Pemberton project, a Heritage House where we seamlessly blended old-world charm with modern functionality.

The first step in this transformation was addressing the uneven kitchen floor, which had a noticeable 6-inch discrepancy. Our team levelled the entire floor, ensuring a perfect base for the rest of the renovations.

We then turned our focus to enhancing the aesthetics and utility of the space. We worked with Pronautic, renowned for their custom cabinetry, to provide a touch of elegance and practicality to the kitchen. To further enrich the visual appeal, we introduced ceiling coffer details by PHC, adding depth and character to the room.

One of the key challenges in this project was preserving the historical integrity of the Heritage House. We rose to the task by meticulously matching all custom mill trim work with the house's original trim, maintaining its traditional allure while infusing it with contemporary elements.

The success of this project can be attributed to planning and design management by Jodi Foster. Her expertise ensured smooth execution and a result that exceeded expectations.
